I'm new to mortgages.. this will be a first.
Can I actually do that ?? That'd be great, but the
c/sup is on my credit report.. my understanding was that I'd
have to get it off BEFORE I got the mortgage.. or no ??
Besides, it's the county I owe, not my ex-wife, who has been
on welfare for years thanks to having a few more kids out of
wedlock.
