Just because you were fired from your job, it does not mean that your employer and/or WC insurance company is off the hook! They are still resoponsible for any reasonable and necessary medical treatment you may need, as well as compensation for loss wages! If they continue to give deny you benefits, then perhaps you should speak with a qualified WC attorney in your state. As indicated by others on this board, it would help us to know what state you live in. Each state has its own set of WC laws! It would also help if you were able to find a doctor who is independent from your job. This way you'll get an objective, unbias diagnosis! Good luck to you and keep us posted.
