I'm in Texas, and have spoken to three attorneys - all of them
have told me I have a right to WC payments dating from the day
I was fired until my doctor gives me a full release. My doctor
just prescribed six more weeks of PT 3 times a week.

In Texas a WC attorney can get a maximum of 25% of each weekly
WC check.

If there is a total settlement in the future....Does anyone out
there know if a WC attorney gets a percentage of any final
settlement check?

Also, does anyone know anything about receiving unemployment
and WC at the same time?
