If your new job pays less then what you were making pre-injury, then WC must make up the difference! As indicated by others, always stick to your doctor's restrictions. Chances are your employer and/or the IC will have someone watching to see if you can do more than what you let on. If somehow they are successful, then they can make the claim that you are fully recovered and therefore need no further WC benefits!!
