My attorney and I went before the Workman's Comp judge on
May 25th. My attorney and the other attorney decided on a
40 % disability rating payment. I was told that the
insurance company had 25 days to make good on their offer.
Here it is 60 days later and I still haven't heard
anything. My attorney said if he takes it back to hearing
it will be another 4 months. What should I do?
