I just got my case settled after 2 years of such crap with the insurance company. They said they had witnesses that said I had back problems before, which they never showed up in court. It's all a mind game with them. They're going to try to frustrate you until you give up. Don't let them win. They are the must shameless people I've ever dealt with in my life. My case was denied from the beginning, we fought to the end. I got everything I was entitled to at the start of the case. I got my back pay, my retraining, my medical and they finally admitted it was a workcomp injury. Hang in there and try to find a support system.
