alabama:47 years old press machine operator.i received a
3900.00 check for payment of ppd rating 42%.i make 428.86
weekly.my rating was after therapy when it happen 2004.i
have had 2 surgeries since the last rsulting in amputating
1/8 more off.i have received no papers showing my rating no
settlement offers nothing.i am still seeing the doctor i
still have stitches from the last surgery.can someone give
me some advice what is this check?am i agreeing to
something if i cash it?i have been back to work in between
surgeries was released following day after surgery to work
light duty.have not been paid by wc for time off for last 2
surgeries they said it was sent to wrong address.but the
sent the 3900.00 to the right address.anyone know what is
up here.
