As far as I know the there are laws that state that you have a right to copies of ALL your medical records. Just send a fax or letter or go to the offices where you had doctors or medical tests and ask for copies of the doctors records and any test reports. Hospitals where tests are done keep all the results of tests in their medical records office. Just call or go into see them. You can get your records by asking and signing a release that you are who you say you are. if you have trouble getting paid from work comp or getting medical records just call the local bar association and get an attorney who specializes in work comp issues. My experience has been that most times you can talk to an attorney for free on the phone and get advice. A good attorney can be well worth the $ if you need one.
