No is right!However that doesn,t mean you are not disabled.
Only you can decide wether you can work or not! Social usually
takes several years. Comp can take up to 8 yrs. i got injured
in 2000 & am still waiting!I get social but it,s not enough.
you will have to have independent evaluations. You need a good
comp. attorney to get what you deserve, else they,ll just drag
it out until you give up! But you had better be disabled! They
don,t tolerate phonie claims very well. In fact it,s against
the law! It just takes forever & it,s never fair
