As part of my settelement with workcomp, they agreed to
retrain me but I don't feel I can finish my training at
this point due to severe pain from my injury. Would I
qualify for state disability since workcomp is going to
stop my payments if I stop my retraining? I was on state
disability for a year and workcomp was told to pay back
the funds that were paid to me as part of the settlement
agreement.
