Make sure you read your claim, and it is worded correctly,
and all your problems are on it no matter how big or
small. I have been off for 2 years from a fall from a
machine. I hurt my neck, shoulder, and back. My lawyer
worded it neck, shoulder, and arm.My neck is fuse(plate
and 4 screws), and my shoulder is damaged. Now my back
needs to be worked on, Hartford is saying that my back is
not on my claim. Now I have to make a new claim, and
start all over again. Read everything!!! They will call
you a faker, but try to trust yourself. My doctors and pt
have records from day one on my back. My first court
transcript has back in it also. But they still are
fighting me because the claim was not written correctly.
Don't trust no one. They don't care about you. The ones
whom need the system can't get help, but the ones that
cheat the system get it all. When I had my I.M.E. Dr.
Willy Thompson from Concentra said I was faking and was at
100%. After seeing other doctors I had to have fussion in
my neck and my shoulder has torn tissue. All they want to
do is scare you into giving up and living with the pain,
just to save a dollar. Instead of helping you get your
life back, they rather see you lose everything and live in
    the gutter.
