after 6 years my case is finally getting close(i am told)
however after a meeting w/ my lawyer, he suggests that a
private pension I receive (seperate from social sec.) may
be used against my final monetary award (subtracted from
total) he is the person that told me that this is not the so
(way back in 2000 when I filed w/him. what is the straight
dope? does a private pension figure in against the injured
party or is this another way to get me to accept less in
the end? thanks
