In 2004 I had a hydrolic hose blow in my face, and slipped
and fell 6 feet out of a backhoe. I landed on my neck and
hurt my neck, shoulder, and back. I was sent to
concentra. 2 years later the only report they have is
that my eyes where the only problem. I had neck sergury
and lots of pt. concentra took ex-rays of my shoulder, but
have lost or hidden them, they no longer exist. I went
for an IME and again no one seems to have my medical
records or films. The point I am making is do not let the
doctors keep your records, and always ask for copies of
thier reports. I had to pay to get my own medical
reports, and that is crazy. When I got what concentra
wrote it was different than what I wrote in my first
accident report. They said that my eyes where the main
injury, and did not include anything about my neck or my
back. They also said that I fell walking to get my eyes
flushed, but the truth was that i fell 6 feet in the air
out of the machine. They are trying to make me look like
a lier. I guess what I want everyone to know is never let
anyone have controll of your records. Everything you do
or every where you go, even your own doctor everyday you
see someone get a copy of that report as soon as
possible. Insurances don't believe a word you say. Good
