I live in CA I have a settlement hearing soon the AME has
me at a 50% on right and 20% loss on the left with cysts I
have had both hands carpel tunel and shoulder tendinitis
surgery with 100% apportioned. When they terminated me
about 18 days before my last surgery on my left hand I made
24.11 a hour. I havent received any TTD benefits since last
year March of 2005 and yes Dr reports were sent to the
carrier I even sent them myself. The AME report was taken
Sept. of 2005. Carrier has also refused Rehab., even when I
sent back the response letter in time and have faxed to
supervisors and everything. I know they owe for penalties.
Fired the person that says he was a attorney and was not.
Can you give me some advice and worth? Company was one of
the telephone companies.
