Just lawyers fees but if you are collecting social security
then they have to be notified of your settlement, not sure
yet what happens there they may reduce the amount your
getting I do know they make you pay a certain amount of your
medical bills after the settlement in regards to your injury
i just got my settlement a month ago for 3 back surgeries and
my lawyer got me 100 thousand after he took his share I got
89 thousand they offered 17 thousand so I'm glad I got a
lawyer. Oh and you don't have to report it on your taxes.
