HI, not sure if you got a response...I worked for a mortuary
for over 5 years and the entire time I was 730-5 scheduled
but also had a regular schedule for dispatching attendants
to removals...from 5pm until 8 am the next day...with NO
COMPENSATION for it. Guess California lets employers get
away with it, they just have to find the right suckers that
are willing to take it on! Good Luck in your quest!
