I got asbestososis and silicosis at work. Bad stuff, both
terminal, no cure. I cant work, I pass out. Nobody wants a
guy twitching on the floor. I had a bad lawyer. I owned
the business and paid the premiums for 26 years.

They offered 80k and I was so sick of them starving me
out, I Took 80k in 2001. My lawyer said I better take it
or I might not get anything. Can I appeal it? I was on a
lot of medication, had low 02 (87% at that time), eligible
for an 02 tank, not thinking clear and shouldn't have made
the decision. Is it too late to say I had a bad lawyer and
I am terminal? The people that made the asbestos have
been sued out of existence.

I made about $1200 a week, net. Everybody here knows that
they starve you and make you wait a long time.

I should have gotten $600 a week until 65. dirty !#$%
^&*#8*'s. Because some people cheat workers comp, a
legitimate claim get's no respect. They were happy to take
my money for 7 employees and myself for 25 years.
