    I am seeking advice because of actions of Charter
    Communications. I allowed charter to automatically with
    draw money from my bank account to pay for my services
    with them. There account department lost a payment I made
    to them earlier this month. So about 5 days later they
    with drew more out of my account. The spokemen for Charter
    said it was to bring my account up to par with what was
    owed. But the second money with draw out of my account was
    less then what I owed earlier. Because of there inability
    to account for there own accounting system they put me in
    a financial hardship and put my bank account into default
    status. All Charter could say is now I do not have to pay
    account for 2 months. I am wondering since they went in
    and put me in this situation is there anything I can do to
    make sure this does not happen to me or anyone else again.
    Because I will now also be late on my debt with credit
    cards and now will have to redo my finances to make up for
    this missing money.
