Post: Missouri Workman's Comp. for lung damage

I am TPD from lung damage while working for a chemical company for 32 years. I am on oxygen. If my lungs were 100% damaged I would be dead! How is the % disability rating determined for lung damage? If I get 2/3 of my wages for the rest of my life will I also get a lump sum for the % of damage to my lungs? What amount should I expect if I get a lump sum for % damage? I worked with several different chemicals during the 32 years so the exact chemical or chemicals that caused the damage would be almost impossible to determine. I can't sue the company I worked for but is it possible to sue the companies that supplied the chemicals causing my COPD, as a group ?
