Post: run over at work

i was run over at work by another employee with heavy
equipment left ankle broken 2 screws rt ankle and thillus
bone shattered area from waist to knee was skinned to the
muscle on my 10th surgery in 1 month what to do? wc paying
med and weekly low pay.help
