Post: employer dropped appeal

I fell june 06 at work and my claim has been allowed and
appealled by employer 3 times. 2 days before hearing the
employer dropped their appeal 2 months ago. Since the
employer has appealed an allowed claim for almost 2 years
I have not had medical care and they have not paid any of
my bills. I only received wage loss for 2 months. What
happens now that they have dropped their appeal? They are
a self insured employer. I finally got a form from them
with 2 questions: Have I seen a Dr. recently for my
injury and do I need more medical care for my injury. I
went back to work in another state 4 months ago.
