DID YOU RE-INJURE YOURSELF? CAN YOU PROVE THAT?
"The workmans comp doctors gave me limited duty
at work and one of the things I am not allowed to do is
bend and do repetitive motions."
WHY DID YOU ALLOW THEM TO FORCE YOU TO DO THINGS YOU SHOULD
NOT HAVE DONE? BY LAW, YOU COULD HAVE REFUSED BASED ON YOUR
RESTRICTIONS. I am in the same boat as far as falling and
getting hurt at my workplace, I called HR and told them I was
being forced to work outside of my restrictions. They had to
adjust that and work in my favor.
"Well the list was complete and I was trying to save my job
even though I was in a lot of pain going under all the desk I
had to. I told my boss this was hard and it hurt and he
said well you have to do this or you will lose your job.
DID YOU CONTACT AN ATTORNEY? WORKERS COMP ATTORNEY?
Employers view an employee as a liability once they get hurt
on the job. No matter who's fault, all they see is an expense
coming out of their bottom line. My WC fight has just begun, I
don't feel that I can do the restrictions, but I have to get a
WC doctor to say that. GET A LAWYER, AND DOCUMENTATION THE
YOUR INJURIES WERE MADE WORST.
