Re: Fired while on Workers Comp
Posted by dlandbob on 11/05/08

I do have a attorney but I got a real scum bag and I need to
get a new attorney to help me. I did refuse doing the work and
I was told if I don't I wont have a job so I was forced to do
it and I did contact HR. I was on a deadline to finish this
and I contacted them but by the time they got back to me it was
in the office when they were handing me my final paycheck. I
have everything that I was suppose to do in writing and it was
signed by my boss also stating if I don't complete the task I
will be terminated..... Thanks for your reply. If you email
me at dlandbob@yahoo.com we can talk more about our issues.

    Thanks,

    Bob
