Hi, I am currently on workers comp. I have returned to work on light
duty. I was only working part time until I landed a full time job. Two
weeks after I started my job I fell and tore my rotator cuff. I had
surgery in January. I am still in physical therapy. I cannot live on
my part time salary. Since I have returned to work my employer cut my
hours from 20 to 15. They are trying to get me to quit. I have been
searching for a full time job for the last 2 months. No luck. I want
to know if I can collect unemployment while I am working part time on
light duty.
