Posted by bonnie grundig on 12/03/08

I got hurt on the job sept 28 06.I was threatened by my
employer if I did not return to work by dec 5 06 I would
lose my job and apt I was a on site storage manager. still
in pain returned to full time work.In may 0f 07 I took him
to mediation and got a small amount of money.By the way my
lawyer never showed he sent someone else who never put
any evidence forward he and the mediator kept leaving the
room to discuss every thing. The last part of may had
surgery on my rotator cuff and went back on WC.I signed a
contract with the mediator that said I could persue WC
only to the extent of their medical ins.My lawyer never
said anything about this and I called my WC lawyer and he
said my other lawyers are getting paid more than he is and
they need to advise me if I should sign it or not.MY
question is did I just sign away any awards I may have
    comming?????
