    Jennifer,
    MMI means Maximum Medical Improvement. Basically this
    means that he is as good as he is going to get. The Rating
    he is looking for is the permanent partial impairment rating
    or the disability rating. Hope this helps. These are all
    normal and pertinant questions for a boss to ask by the way!
