I had a labrum cartlidge repair done in Oct 2008, I have had
3 months phyical therapy and now have reached MMI according
to my doc. However; I still do not have full range of
motion and almost constant aching in that shoulder.
Physical therapist says ROM is at maximum. I am currently
waiting to get impairment rating. I am almost 50 yrs old
and have been able to return to full duty. Does anyone have
an idea on what would be a fair settlement in SC? Thanks!
