Mr. Blackburn started his own personal injury practice in
2003, having worked for one of the largest personal injury
firms in the state prior to law school. Through that prior
experience, Mr. Blackburn learned that injury victims need
more than an initial interview and a case manager to help
them through the painful process of rehabilitation after
suffering serious injury from a car, motorcycle or truck
accident. When you hire my firm, I work for you, and with
you, every step of the way through recovery, settlement or
if necessary, trial.
Accordingly, Mr. Blackburn has developed a policy and
practice where he personally fields every phone call that
comes into his office, personally meets with those who want
to learn more about their rights, and continues thereafter
to communicate on a regular basis with those who become clients.
Mr. Blackburn continues this practice today and enjoys the
direct and regular contact he has with his clients. While
there are occasions when Mr. Blackburn simply cannot answer
the phone because he is either in court or with another
client, you'll find his approach and "open door" policy
refreshing.
Away from the office, Mr. Blackburn is married and has five
children, with whom he enjoys exploring the Owyhee Desert on
ATVs, geocaching, camping, fishing, shooting and most other
forms of outdoor activity.
