Our Commercial Transactions practice is comprised of
commercial real estate and financial transactions. Our
attorneys have broad backgrounds in the area of commercial
real estate with substantial experience in virtually all
aspects of acquisition, disposition, financing, sale-
leaseback, development and leasing of a wide variety of
commercial properties. Our attorneys represent clients in
commercial lending for both lender and borrower financing,
including senior credit facilities, project financing,
mezzanine debt and agency financing. Our Nashville office
is seeking an associate attorney with experience in
commercial real estate transactions and/or commercial
lending. A solid transactional background is required.
Strong academics and two to three years of relevant
