USPTO Patent Bar Exam Review Study Materials Course Home
Study PRG PRI This is the highly regarded patent review
course put out by Professor Irving Kayton and Paul Gardner
of the Patent Resources Group and Patent Resources
Institute. Most people rate this course the best out of all
the Patent Bar review courses. I used these materials to
pass the USPTO exam in Fall 2007 (On my second try) Reg. No.
61,448. This is the Updated Eighth Edition, Rev 2, May 2004
edition with April 26, 2005 updates for use after June 2,
2005. It includes: 24 VHS videotapes. Nine binders of review
materials. Four binders of MPEP One binder of working papers
How to pass the USPTO Exam Additional outlines and notes
(One set of papers does not have a binder.) I will throw in
free 2 commercial preparation cd’s including Easy Bar Pass
with outline, 12 old exams, patent laws and rules and MPEP.
I purchased these in 2006 or 2007. Condition is
acceptable/good. Materials are all there in order. Lots of
writing and highlighting however. Good Luck!
