Complete set, to 2007 in very good condition. This set runs
around $400 + new and around $200-250 USED; I am offering it
for substantially less. It covers everything you ever wanted
to know about judgement in civil actions and how to litigate
to get a good settlement the first time, it also offers some
commentary on which issue can be re-litigated etc. Volumes
are currently updated thru readily available p.p.
supplements but that may be changing in the future.
Cross-referenced to the West Key Number System and ALR
annotations, this set is serious wrench in the litigator's
tool box.
