The MPM Group are nationally recognized and court
adjudicated pre/post trial litigation support and post-
conviction specialists. In addition to our CJA recognized
litigation support services, our firm specializes in
assisting defense counsel with expert testimony, federal
sentencing mitigation strategies (to include physiological
& psychological), presentence investigation (“PSI”)
interview preparation, Residential Drug Abuse Program
(“RDAP”) issues, Judgment & Commitment recommendations,
Bureau of Prisons (“BOP”) facility designations, and
lastly, preparing the client for reporting to a BOP
facility. Succinctly, we assume those time consuming,
albeit necessary, post-conviction obligations usually
performed by the defense counsel.
