OFFICE SPACE AVAILABLE

The person sharing my lease has to leave for medical
reasons. He has an office share of a lease that he is
looking to pass on to someone else, but he needs for a
decision to be made quickly. Time is of the essence.
He was paying half of an $1800 lease which is on a year-to-
year term. The office is located at the corner of Olympic
and Tice Valley Blvds, just outside of the Rossmoor
Retirement Community. The space has one office other than
mine, a small kitchen area, common area and a place for a
secretary. Your office would come with access to a desk,
desktop computer, fax machine, copier, phone lines, and
parking outside.
