Jones Tax Group and The Law Offices of Gena Jones are
located at 19730 Governors Hwy in Flossmoor, IL Suites 2 &
3.

We are looking to rent out two office spaces to attorneys,
preferably one bankruptcy attorney. We have an office with
a window that is available for $800/month and is about 300
SQFT. The other is about 250 SQFT for $700/month, no
window. The rent includes utilities, telephone, internet,
janitorial services, wireless printing, conference room
with a flat screen SmartTv, dry erase board and conference
call capabilities.

Local Area:
Our office is just 5 minutes from the Olympia Fields Metra
Train Station and Post Office. There are multiple banks in
the area including a Chase bank no more than 3 minutes
away. We are surrounded by restaurants to grab a quick
bite for lunch. Lincoln Mall and Dominics grocery store is
about 10 minutes from our location making it convenient to
do those last minute runs before heading home.

Although we are surrounded by everything we need our
immediate area is rather quiet, so we can get things done
without disturbances.
