type of business office, all via email, fax, or US mail:

Draft legal pleadings, including briefs ( all courts and all
jurisdictions)

Prepare discovery responses

Draft Interrogatory responses

Legal research

Summarize transcripts and depositions

Prepare medical transcript summaries

Case review and analysis

Draft demand letters for collections

Draft initial case filing forms

Prepare your case for trial

Powerpoint presentations for trial

Secretarial work

Time management

Scheduling meetings

Scheduling mediations and depositions

Create forms and pdfs

Create brochures and other media marketing

Create and send newsletters by email to customers

Design your web site

We will perform any other work needed for your case or
organization of your firm or office, including data entry
and updating.

Rates

Rates will be based on an hourly rate of $30.00 per hour
(Can be negotiated) plus expenses incurred including, but
not limited to, long distance telephone calls, postage and
purchase of any special software necessary to complete the
task. Time to complete the job will be estimated and any
projects estimated over $200.00 will require a 50% down
payment. The Virtual Paralegal requires a signed contract,
which outlines the project details, prior to beginning any
work.

Hourly Rate - $30.00 (Can be negotiated)
