AAA Paralegal Services can work in a number of
different areas, although we mostly work for law firms or
corporate legal departments. We can work in various fields
of law, including criminal, family, immigration,
bankruptcy, personal injury, and real estate. We mainly
specialize in personal injury, workers compensation, and
criminal defense as well as traffic issues. We are
innovative in managing files, doing research, and analyze
evidence for hearings. Legal research of agency policies
and regulations. We research, prepare and file court
documents, attend hearings as well as perform process
service.
We are computer technology savvy and know how to
use many of the online databases and programs that often
are a necessity in the legal world. We are innovative at
utilizing tax programs, scanning programs, and formatting
client databases. Experience and training includes twelve
years of working with law firms as well as several years of
continuous ABA/ACE certified studies in legal research,
legal terminology, contract law, insurance law, computer
technology research and paralegal studies under various
university professors. We are proficient at maintaining
deadlines in regards to doing case research and drafting
documents.
