Our full service transactional Boutique Corporate and
Securities law firm in Manhattan is seeking a corporate
securities attorneys, real estate attorneys, IP,
Lobbyist in Washington or Albany; to join as a managing
partner for opening branches in Houston; Seattle; Stamford
CT; and many more cities as well as internationally;
France, Belgium; Switzerland; Honk-Kong; Albania; Israel
and other places.. this is a highly entrepreneurial
position and will require not only legal skills but also
business acumen and managerial skills.

Pref: We are looking IP; Real Estate; Litigation
(commercial/Securities); and prefferably we are looking
for someone to join our firm and be able to run a M&A deal
including a PIPE/APO/IPO transaction; we need an attorney
that can run deals with minimal supervision. In depth
understanding of Reverse Mergers, Form 10, 144 A and
various type of PIPE financings. The ideal candidate shall
have a small book of business and the ability to buy an
equity position with our firm.
This position is a % based position with significant
upside.
Candidate will be compensated based on experience and on
deal flow as the firm grows.
Candidate should be:
* Washington Bar Adm
* US. J.D
* A team Player
* At least 6+ years of SEC/ corporate transactional legal
experience
