Help WIth Music Master Lawsuit Calling All Defense Attorneys

I am seeking defense against Andrew Byrd a Mobile Disc
Jockey in the Atlanta area who is represented by Sanford
(Sandy) Asman.
I am named as a Plaintiff and my summons is dated 5/22/08,
so I definitely need to answer this ASAP.
I am an Internet Marketer and have provided my services for
DJ Advertising, Lead Generation and Website Design since
May 2002 via http://djwebsitedesigner.com and
http://freedjamerica.com . This is most accurately a very
expensive and time consuming hobby for me which does not
profit, so I have literally no money right now, so the only
reasons or incentive I can provide for you to take this
case are:
A) If you care about the health of our legal and justice
system, as well as the legitimacy of the USPTO, this is a
chance to defend what is just.
B) This case has the potential to be a very public matter
which involves myself and many mobile disc jockeys
throughout the US. The complaints set forth in the summons
I was served in combination to my telephone conversation
with Attorney Asman indicates that they will plan to sue
many website owners and DJ companies. This could turn into
a counter class action involving many, many people and
therefore could be a potential windfall for you personally
in terms of cash and notoriety.
C) If the above is not enough I am willing to publicly
raise funds for your fees, which I cannot numerate suffice
to say that I will promise you 100% of any funds raised,
minus any expenses to raise the funds or process them.
D) If you don't like the idea of public fund raising, I am
also willing to sell all of my web assets and turn those
proceeds over to you as payment. I have no idea how much
that would be, but you can have it all, minus any costs for
auctions and payment processing.
E) My expertise is in SEO website design, so I am willing
to work on barter for your services.
F) I am employed full time, so I would also be willing to
setup a payment arrangement even direct deposits every 2
weeks into an account of your choosing.
My immediate need is to simply answer a summons, (so that I
am not guilty by default).
It is also my hope that this could go further and counter
the suit to essentially:
1) Expose and Punish Lawyer Sandy Asman for manipulating
our legal and justice system, involvement in corruption and
illegal dealings with the USPTO by means of
misrepresentation, deception, etc.
2) Expose and Punish the USPTO for corruption and
mismanagement at the United States Patent and Trademark
Office.
3) Expose and Punish Lawyer Sandy Asman and DJ Andrew Byrd
for violation of my constitutional right to Free Speech.
This is because he contacted my web host, (omitting any
specific complaints), causing them to shut down my sites
for a period of time. I resolved this by removing any
references to his client or him which I believe is in
violation of my free speech.
4) Expose and punish Lawyer Sandy Asman for interfering
with my right to religion by those Biblical views I shared
publicly that he suppressed.
5) Expose and punish the mobile disc jockey Andrew Byrd for
using our legal and justice system to pursue frivolous
lawsuits which cost taxpayers money and causes emotional,
financial and irreversible harm to the reputations of those
he brings his suits against.
6) Expose and punish DJ Andrew Byrd for racial
discrimination and hates crimes against DJ Ellis Morris in
Atlanta, (one of my clients I advertise for).
7) Expose and punish DJ Andrew Byrd for discrimination
against me personally because of my abilities to create
search engine friendly websites.
8) Expose and punish DJ Andrew Byrd for unfair business
practice as he is attempting to eliminate local competition
namely my client Ellis Morris as well as others DJs that
are featured on my nationwide DJ Directory website he had
shut down.
9) For punitive damages and punishment against Lawyer Sandy
Asman, I do NOT want money, but whatever lawful punishment
applies is fine including imprisonment. It would be my
preference that he is disbarred, preventing him from using
our legal and justice system to commit criminal acts like
these in the future.
10) For punitive damages and punishment against DJ Andrew
Byrd, I would seek that his Service Marks from the USPTO
are revoked and that his business assets, upcoming booked
performances and clientele are surrendered to my client DJ
Ellis Morris to compensate him. Also in addition whatever
lawful punishment applies including imprisonment.
11) Allow me Freedom of Speech protection to write and
speak publicly regarding all facets of the lawsuit and
those involved.
12) Allow me Freedom of Religion protection to write and
speak publicly regarding all facets of the lawsuit and
those involved in relation to a religious context.

I am also be posting this request for help anywhere else I
can find and to others with the intention of seeking
representation for any of the above points, so the more
responses I get the better.
The above points are suggestions and since this is your
field of expertise I am open to negotiation on any of the
points above.
