General support of Legal M&A activity including, but not limited to:
HSR filings;collection and review of 4C documents
Maintain database of item 5 (NAICS) and item 6 (Global Corporate Manager); provide reports & metrics as needed
Support international filings, in particular, European Commission filings and conduct preliminary filing analyses
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree in related field
At least 3 years of paralegal experience
Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Knowledge of anti-trust; Merger and Acquisition fundamentals
Familiarity with regulatory process world wide; focus on United States and Europe
Demonstrated excellence in researching, organizing and communicating projects
Lexis literacy
