We design and manufacture aerospace systems for commercial, regional, corporate and military aircraft and are a major supplier for international space programs. Our industrial products serve industries ranging from hydrocarbon, chemical and food processing to construction and mining.
Contract Administration of Hamilton Sundstrand (HSC) Military Customer Support and Logistics (MCS&L) Contracts. Potential Customers include Original Equipment Manufacturers, Foreign Governments, Inter-entities and various third parties. This is a high visibility position with growth potential. The successful candidate will interface with other businesses and functional groups throughout HSC. The programs and contract types are diverse. Job elements include: proposal preparation, proposal negotiation, export applications and administration, as required, contract administration, liaison functions with external customers and internal departments, administration of returned material, and monitoring working capital (inventory and accounts receivable). Additional attention required on managing key business metrics. Excellent communication, organization and negotiation skills are required.
REQUIREMENTS:
BA/BS in Business or related field
MBA preferred
2-10 years experience in Contracts Management and familiarity with FAR, UCC, and Government Export Regulations (prior Business Area Export Representative experience a plus)
Other areas of focus: Achieving Competitive Excellence, knowledge of JDE (ERP system)
