Our client, a global leader in wireless communications, seeks a Patent Licensing Specialist to support licensing activities. You will be responsible for identifying potential targets, initiating and negotiating license agreements and performing due diligence.
Responsibilities:
Identify potential licensing targets and patents to be licensed.
Participate in the development and execution of strategies and tactics associated with patent licensing program.
Initiate and negotiate license agreements with potential licensing targets, and assist with the drafting of license agreements.
Set priorities for the company's patent licensing program.
Perform IP due diligence in connection with prospective acquisitions.
Requirements:
Minimum two years experience in negotiating patent license agreements with relevant financial and business experience.
BSEE required.
MBA preferred.
Experience in wireless communications or related fields a plus.
