Individual contributor responsible for providing support to attorneys in the preparation and negotiations of contracts and/or manages other legal documents. Will negotiate a high volume of contracts for many different purposes . May act as the contact for any contract matters. Prepares and finalizes templates and other agreements. Assignments are varied and complex in nature, requiring a high degree of technical knowledge. Typically reports to Managing Attorney or Contract Attorney. Typically no direct reports.
Qualifications
Paralegal certificate and Bachelor's degree.
5 years law firm or corporate experience.
