We are currently recruiting attorneys with experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry to work in New Jersey. The following qualifications are required:
- Large law firm and In-house experience
- Minimum of 10 years legal experience
- Experience negotiating and drafting one or more of the following types of commercial agreements:
- Chemical sales, distribution and manufacturing contracts (general antitrust knowledge and government contracts experience preferred)
- Clinical trial, licensing, non-disclosure, research and development and consulting agreements
- Admitted to practice in New Jersey, and in good standing
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
