Duties of the UTC Power Senior Contract Manager include the interpretation, drafting, and negotiation of proposal and contract documents in support of UTC Power(`9s Dome-Tech energy-engineering services business, as well as the supervision and coordination of the efforts of a group of local Contract Administrators tasked with administering proposal and contract workflow within this business.
Successful candidate must be able to work closely with diverse business groups UTC Power and Dome-Tech and with external customers; review and prioritize the output of documents in accordance with customer schedules and requests; and ensure that documents properly reflect the company business objectives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education requirements include a BA/BS degree. A law degree is preferred.
We are seeking candidates with at least ten years work experience, including three to six years experience in proposal drafting, contract negotiation or contract administration, along with some level of supervisory experience.
