Sr. Paralegal is an individual contributor responsible for providing support to attorneys in the preparation and negotiations of contracts and/or manages other legal documents across all brands and functions. Will have strong understanding of contract drafting and analysis. Will negotiate a high volume of contracts for many different purposes such as fixtures, procurement, electrical, plumbing, phones, technology, air charters, meetings and events. May act as the contact for any contract matters. Prepares and finalizes templates and other agreements. Assignments are varied and complex in nature, requiring a high degree of technical knowledge. Will interface with Outside Counsel and Sr. Leadership. Typically reports to Managing Attorney or Contract Attorney. Typically no direct reports.
Qualifications
Paralegal certificate and Bachelor's degree preferred.
5 years corporate or law firm experience required.
Exceptional time management skills required.
Project Management skill set helpful.
