We are currently searching for a world-class Corporate Attorney.
Position Summary
Manage and lead the legal department for Studio A Advertising and its affiliated companies.
Requirements
• 7 or more years of experience with a law firm and/or corporation
• Juris Doctor degree from a reputable law school
• License to practice law in good standing – Indiana license is preferred
• Wide breadth of legal experience
• Experience as a litigator
• Experience and comfort in working with top executives
• Ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Experience in successfully managing a wide range of claims and litigation concerning contract, collections and employment matters
• Experience in managing, developing and leading staff
• Experience in selecting and managing outside counsel
• Experience with complex contracts, corporate and commercial
• Familiarity with local, state and federal regulatory and compliance issues
Skills and Knowledge
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Solid understanding of corporate and business law
• Solid understanding of our legal system
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Capable and experienced legal advisor
• Ability to understand and work comfortably in technical areas
Compensation
Studio A offers a very competitive compensation program which is includes a base salary, bonuses and a very unique and comprehensive benefits package.

Our Corporate Attorney will be based at our corporate headquarters in Mishawaka, Indiana. Mishawaka is located in the South Bend, Indiana area just minutes from the University of Notre Dame and only 75 minutes from downtown Chicago.
