We are interested in speaking with Contracts Attorneys, who meet the following requirements:
- Graduate of top tier law school.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an attorney in large law firm and/or in-house experience with a Fortune 1000 company.
- Experience with contracts including but not limited to vendor, sponsorship, distribution, licensing, intellectual property, government, real estate and leasing agreements.
- Admitted to practice in IL and in good standing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Interested in project consulting in a variety of different industries and maintaining a work/life balance.
We are only looking for local candidates at this time.
No relocation will be provided.
