Individual contributor responsible for conducting investigations relating to the sale or creation of counterfeit goods, trademark infringements, intellectual property rights, product diversion and/or theft. Plans, directs and controls investigations within assigned area. Ensure all investigate strategies incorporated in the investigation process are within company guidelines. Typically reports to Director Loss Prevention Special Projects. Typically no direct reports.
Qualifications
* International production experience strongly desired
* Two to three years experience in trademark, counterfeiting, or diversion investigations, required
* Two to three years of investigative experience in either loss prevention or law enforcement, required
* Demonstrated knowledge and technical expertise in internal and external investigations and exception reporting
* Awareness of legal standards within which investigations can be conducted
* Ability to gather data, compile facts and interpret results
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of Crystal Reports system preferred
* Travel - 30% Domestic and 20% International
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
