Under the Direction of the Government Property Manager; the Senior Property Administrator will be responsible for the administrative control, records, and management of all government and customer property in the possession of Hamilton Sundstrand and its subcontractors. Responsibilities will include the management and maintenance of the property record databases, creation of special purpose / ad-hoc reports utilizing proficient computer skills, preparation of monthly property financial reports and annual 1018 and 1662 reporting, develop procedures / work instructions, management of subcontractor property control, disposition activity (PCARSS), implementation and execution of self-assessment program, investigation of loss, damage, or destruction of government property, facilitate internal and external audits, carry out related assignments as required by the Government Property Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration (or related field)
4-6 years related professional experience preferably in the administration of NASA and DOD contract environment.
Certification as a Certified Professional Property Administrator (CPPA) attained through the National Property Management Association (NPMA).
Very Strong competency and understanding in the following applications; Microsoft Access creating queries and reports, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint),
Strategy (or other query building applications), Basic understanding of relational databases and/or basic knowledge of SQL, JDE One World basics.
Thorough knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations Parts 45 and 52 together with applicable Agency Supplements.
