Our client seeks a highly motivated associate with three to five years of comparable law firm experience, as well as experience in the formation of domestic and international hedge funds and private equity funds, including review of hedge fund and private equity fund documentation. Excellent academic credentials as well as strong research, writing, and analytical skills a must.
